Dallah Taibah Hotel

The staff was amazing in the reception, specially Wael he was outstanding. and he received us with exceptional hospitality and made sure the entire check-in process was smooth. the building was new and the breakfast was amazing. we truly enjoyed our stay there and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Pros: Excellent staff, duty managers were awesome. They did delay in our executive check in for which they gave us discount of 400 SR. The executive longe, separate lift and floor were excellent due to which my old mom was too much happy. Location awesome Food excellent Room best Service room was very very very fast No words for such excellent staff all of them were excellent. Again and again they called me to ask if we are happy and have any issue let them know Cons: washroom was small in executive suit

The hotel is very near to Masjed Big thanks to Mr. WAEL, he was very helpful and Professional

this was my 2nd stay at this property. the location is excellent regarding proximity to the Prophet’s mosque. Very good breakfast
