Dallah Taibah Hotel

As they say, first impression makes a big difference..... upon our arrival, we were greeted very respectfully by a friendly lady. She took our paperwork and guided us straight to the welcome lounge offering light snacks, fruits, tea/coffee while she went back to complete the check-in process. She then returned to the lounge with the card keys, giving us information about the property and to inform us that the room she had allocated us comes with haram view (though I did not booked it). This sort of welcome is not something a lot of other properties offer these days & it was really impressive. We booked a quad room as we were 2 adults and 2 kids (under 7).... the room was decent size and the bathroom was also a good size with all amenities. We had coffee machine (which is common these days)... room service was punctual, attentive and always offering to top up on tea, coffee and water etc. We stayed 4 night and it was a good experience....not to mention the proximity to haram (i am sure most would just book it for this reason, no matter the service) and specially the women gate for Mrs. to conveniently walk-in whenever she desired.

It's all about location! Very close to Al Masjid An Nabawi and just a minute walk to gate 338, heading to door 24, 25, 26. Comfortable bed, clean and staffs are very attentive. For parking, choose Haram Parking 7A in Google Map (basically you are entering Masjid Nabawi underground parking) and park your car at parking 10A. This is the nearest parking spot to Dallah Taibah Hotel. Recommended!

Dallah Taiba Madinah has an excellent location, especially for those traveling with ladies or elderly family members. It is literally right next to Door 338 on the ladies' side of Masjid Nabawi, making access extremely convenient. The men’s entrance is also within a short walking distance. I booked two connecting rooms, which felt a bit congested, but given that each had its own bathroom, the space was understandable. I did not try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. What went well: 1) The location is fantastic, particularly for women and elders. 2) After the initial check-in experience, the customer service improved and was quite good. 3) The special lounge with snacks and comfortable seating was a nice touch while waiting for check-in.

The service is excellent, the staffs are helpful and professional. Receptionist Muhammad Qatari very helpful doing the check in for me. Good job.!

Room was big n clean. Bathroom was clean. beds were comfortable. I asked for extra water, tea supplies and 2 blankets n they provided. staff was friendly n responsible. Hotel provided me yummy welcoming snacks with Saudi Tea, small fruit basket, Saudi Tea in the room and 2 Roses upon my arrival. I will recommend to others as i have stayed 2 time already in last 5 months :)
